DASFLON™ LOW MELTING ETFE PELLET is produced from a modified ETFE polymer. it is different than most of ther ETFE materials in that it has a lower melting point of 225ºC VS 260ºC for most ETFE. It has the below advantages compared to most conventional ETFE. By using our our ETFE-LM, you can achieve the following results.
Better processibility and surface finish
Better chemical resistance and thermal stability
Improved optical clarity
Higher limiting oxygen index (40% vs 31%)
