ABOUT DASFLON™ LOW MELTING ETFE PELLET

DASFLON™ LOW MELTING ETFE PELLET is produced from a modified ETFE polymer. it is different than most of ther ETFE materials in that it has a lower melting point of 225ºC VS 260ºC for most ETFE. It has the below advantages compared to most conventional ETFE. By using our our ETFE-LM, you can achieve the following results.

  • Better chemical resistance and thermal stability

  • Improved optical clarity

  • Higher limiting oxygen index (40% vs 31%)

  • Lower melting point with improved heat resistance

  • Micro Pellet Availability For precise feeding in small extruders, we recommend using our smaller-sized ETFE-LM pellets, available in diameters ranging from 0.8mm to 2.0mm.

  • RTU (Ready-to-Use) Colored Pellets Customization options for our ready-to-use colored pellets are available and can be tailored through further discussion with customers.
