What is DASFLON™ PFA ?

DASFLON™ PFA is semi-transparent natural color PFA pellet without any additives. DASFLON™ PFA pellets are optimally suited for wire and cable insulation and tubing extrusion applications attributable to stable melt flow rate, excellent thermal stability and excellent corrosion resistance. Leveraging our years of experience and expertise, we provide premium- quality PFA pellets at a cost lower than conventional PFA alternatives.

EXPANDED ADVANTAGES

  • Melt Flow Adjustment We offer customization to meet your specific Melt Flow Rate (MFR). Whether it is your exact target or a close approximation, we will ensure you receive the MFR you need.

  • Functional Additives We offer high-level melt-fluoropolymer compounding services using our advanced dispersing technologies. For instance, we can blend compounding PFA with a small percentage of nano-conductive additives to create low-noise cable, which is used by a leading PFA wire and cable manufacturer and it can replace PTFE tapes for wrapping.

  • Micro Pellet Availability For precise feeding in small extruders, we recommend using our smaller-sized PFA pellets, available in diameters ranging from 0.5mm to 2.0mm.

  • RTU (Ready-to-Use) Colored Pellets Customization options for our ready-to-use colored pellets are available and can be tailored through further discussion with customers.
